We take pride in our beautiful home and please be mindful that this is a family residential area. Here are a couple of things to note to ensure that your stay is seamless and comfortable:
- Check in is from 4pm -10pm. If you need an earlier or later check-in time, please inquire prior to booking
- Check out is 10am. If you need a later check out time, please inquire prior to booking
- Quiet hours between 10:00 PM -8:00 AM - This is strictly enforced. If there is a complaint, we will have to ask you to leave the property without a refund
- No shoes inside the house, to maintain cleanliness in the home
- No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays
- No smoking/vaping or illegal substance use inside or within 5ft of the property. Any signs of violation will lead to a $1000 penalty
- Strictly no pets allowed
- By booking, you agree that only the disclosed number of guests (at time of booking) will be present on the property. We don't allow extra guests overnight that are not part of the reservation, or any visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us prior to their visit. Any undisclosed guests is a violation of our reservation agreement and you may be required to vacate the property without a refund.
- If you anticipate any additional guests, you must notify us 24 hours ahead of time. Accommodations at an additional charge ($100 per extra guest per night) may be allowed on a case-by-case basis.
