- No smoking/vaping or illegal substance use inside or within 5ft of the property. Any signs of violation will lead to a $1000 penalty
- Strictly no pets allowed
- By booking, you agree that only the disclosed number of guests (at time of booking) will be present on the property. We don't allow extra guests overnight that are not part of the reservation, or any visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us prior to their visit. Any undisclosed guests is a violation of our reservation agreement and you may be required to vacate the property without a refund.
- If you anticipate any additional guests, you must notify us 24 hours ahead of time. Accommodations at an additional charge ($100 per extra guest per night) may be allowed on a case-by-case basis.
